CL2005 – PACU Clinical Log

Function:

Detailed case information based on entries in Case History, Clinical Log, for all cases within the specified inclusion criteria.  Report prints a new page for each patient included. Details include Date of Service, scheduled Dx and actual Dx with comments and patient information including final disposition. The report also includes all physicians with roles and staff assisting in the encounter. All Indicators and/or complications that have been flagged as Reportable also will print on this report.

 

Usage:

Enter the desired date of service range . Filter by specified Patient ID(s) if applicable.

Check to include canceled cases; default is to exclude these.

 

Hints and Tips:

This report contains detailed patient information, including a “flow” showing full time for the case, from patient arrival to step down time.  Aside from the patient identifiers, the entire report pulls directly from Case History, Clinical Log.
